I can't praise Candice highly enough. Buying the right house is such an important life decision, after all it is where many of our best memories are made. For me, the important characteristics of a realtor in this process are a willingness to really listen to what I'm looking for, a high degree of patience so that decisions are never rushed and a deep understanding of the local market. Candice Rich gave us an experience we‘ve never had before. We were moving out of state and needed to get our home on the market and sold quickly, as our purchase was contingent upon this sale. Candice worked tirelessly to help us find our perfect house; finding our house, showing all the homes and all the gosh darn paperwork.
